My Biography

Janet is a microbiologist with significant More experience working on bacteriophages (phages- viruses of bacteria) to control zoonotic bacteria such as Clostridioides difficile, Salmonella enterica and Escherichia coli. Janet has spent over a decade developing and formulating therapeutic phage cocktails for optimal stability and pH-target delivery to effectively control the bacteria in gut conditions, focusing on activity in vitro (pure cultures and biofilms), ex vivo (pig IPEC-1, chicken CHIC-8E11 and human HT-29 cell lines, and gut batch fermentation) and in vivo (Galleria mellonella and hamster) infection models. Janet’s work has also established how phages interact with and regulate host gut microbiomes and expression of immune, growth and reproductive markers during bacterial infection and recuperation when undergoing phage therapeutic intervention. All aspects of Janet’s research were jointly funded by commercial biopharmaceutical companies and research grants.

Hendri Hermawan Adinugraha is a civil servant lecturer at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan (2019–Present). The man who is usually called Hendri, born in Serang on March 11, 1987, began his teaching career after graduating from the Master of Islamic Studies (Islamic Economics Concentration) at UII Yogyakarta as a Permanent Lecturer at UDINUS more Semarang (2012–2019). His doctoral education (S3) with a concentration in Halal Management was completed at UIN Walisongo Semarang (2017–2020). Apart from working as a lecturer, he is also active in writing books and national and international scientific journals with the themes of Islamic economics and Islamic studies.

Dr. H. V. Srikanth obtained his bachelors, masters and doctoral degree in mechanical engineering from Visvesvaraya technological university, Karnataka,India. He has several research papers on his name in reputed journals in the domain of biodiesel production, characterization and its suitability as a fuel in compression ignition engine and more composites and polymers. His areas of research is extended even to the field of aerodynamics and CFD. He has experience in handling several research projects sanctioned by govt of India. Currently he is working as Associate professor and HoD, in the department of Aeronautical Engineering, Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, Bangalore.

Zahid Hussain received his M.Sc. degree (2011-13) in Biochemistry from Punjab University Lahore, and his M.S. degree (2014-17) in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) under the guidance of Prof. Fauzia Yusuf HAFEEZ (TI). He completed his Ph.D. studies (2019-23) in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology at more University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) under the supervision of Prof. Renjun PEI, in the domain of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine domain. His research interests are interdisciplinary and focused on supramolecular chemistry, photo-functional materials, biomineralized materials, cell surface engineering, the development of fiber-reinforced spheroids, and the fabrication of cell-instructive surfaces and scaffolds for tissue engineering applications. Furthermore, he focuses on improving the compatibility, antifouling, and specific cell-homing properties of blood-contacting biomaterials. He has published up to 25 peer-reviewed papers (among them 11 papers as the first or corresponding author) in international journals (h-index 14).

Hi there to all of you! I am Dr. Shamik Polley, and I am currently employed with West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences, Kolkata-700 037, India, as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Veterinary Biochemistry, Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences. My work focuses on the association between diseases and phenotypes in more humans and animals and the structural variation of the genome.
My PhD studies at the Department of Genetics, University of Leicester, Leicester, United Kingdom, were funded in 2008–2009 by a National Overseas Scholarship from the Government of India. During my PhD research, a number of disease association studies were conducted in an effort to comprehend the genetic underpinnings of certain human diseases (including Crohn’s, AMD, UTIs, and COPD). I am proficient about a wide range of sophisticated molecular genetics methods that are frequently used to analyse differences in the human and animal genomes, such as ARMS-PCR, PCR-RFLP, DNA sequencing, PCR-SSCP, PRT, MLPA, PFGE, long-range PCR, Southern Blotting, and others. I am also acquainted with bioinformatics and statistical software.

Dr. Kazi Kutubuddin Sayyad Liyakat has completed his B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. in E&TC Engineering and is nowadays working as a Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department and also as Dean R&D. He is Post Doctoral Fellow working on IoT in Healthcare. He has published more than 70 papers in various Journals. Also published 11 books in the more field of Engineering. He has published 12 Indian Patents, 1 South African Grant Patent, and 6 UK Grant Patent. All patents are in the field of IoT in Healthcare. He worked as a Reviewer for Scopus Conferences and Journal. Also work as Editorial Board Member for various Journals
