My Biography

As an Assistant Professor at KL University, More Vijayawada, specializing in Civil and Environmental Engineering, I bring a wealth of expertise in the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials, with a particular focus on their application in textile dye removal—a focal point of my Ph.D. research. My passion lies in the generation of innovative ideas and the development of feasible, sustainable solutions to address global challenges in wastewater treatment, contributing to the well-being of society and the environment.
Research-wise, my interests extend to environmental nanotechnology, encompassing synthesis and material characterization. My research cuts across multiple disciplines, including water chemistry, environmental and analytical chemistry, environmental nanotechnology, and sludge dewatering. I’m interested in improving water sustainability by (1) investigating the release, fate, and effects of emerging pollutants in the environment; and (2) developing novel technologies for water treatment and pollution remediation in different environmental compartments.
