Biography

Lina Montuori obtained her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and the MBA from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain). Previously, she had received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Naples “Federico II” (Italy). In the energy sector, she worked at the Power Center for Utility Explorations of the University at Buffalo (USA) and she hold the position of Project Development Manager at the company Enel Rete Gas in Milan (Italy) and at Solaer Group in Valencia (Spain). At present, she combines her work in Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Industrial Corporation with the position of Assistant Professor at the Department of Applied Thermodynamics of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Furthermore, she is senior researcher at the Energy Engineering Institute (IIE) with multiple and relevant publications in prestigious Q1 journals.
