I am working in the field of food flavor chemistry and biology and food
antioxidants by using commercial sources. These fields are very important for the
growing industrial market share of flavored and fragrance products requires novel
strategies for aroma chemicals. The use of natural flavor from cheap and
commercial sources is attributed to increasing health- and nutrition – conscious
lifestyles and to save the money spent by the manufacturer to import flavors for
food industry in Egypt. I do my best to convey all my experience in these to all my
students to build the team work.
