Biography

Sangeeta Kakkar is an assistant professor of clinical psychology at Shoolini University and a Research Scholar. Delhi is where she obtained her bachelor's degree in psychology and her postgraduate degree in clinical psychology. Kakkar is a committed teacher who is passionate about learning how previous trauma affects people's lives and actions.

Kakkar had clinical experience through internships at several hospitals and healthcare facilities before beginning her academic career. She was exposed to a range of mental health issues during her three months as an intern psychologist at Lok-Nayak Jai Prakash Hospital in Delhi Gate, India. Kakkar also worked as an intern in Fortis Healthcare Limited's Department of Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences, where she worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disease.

Kakkar's academic achievements are her B.Ed. and passing score on the UGC-NET Assistant Professor test. Additionally, she was successful on both the Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test and the Central Teacher Eligibility Test. Kakkar is now conducting research on the stress, coping mechanisms, and mental health issues that parents of children with developmental impairments encounter.
