Biography

Dr. Santosh Yadav is currently employed as an Assistant Professor in Special Education at the Department of Special Education, AIISH, Mysore, Karnataka. With a vibrant and dynamic personality, he has a total of 3 years of teaching experience as a special educator since 2005 and has been actively engaged as a master trainer in Special Education since 2010, accumulating 13 years of teaching experience.
Dr. Yadav holds both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Special Education (Hearing Impairment) with first-division honours. In addition, he possesses dual postgraduate degrees in Hindi and English. His academic journey includes the successful completion of a Ph.D. in Special Education. He has demonstrated his academic prowess by qualifying in NET, GSET, and SET of Maharashtra.
Proficient in ISL interpreting, Dr. Yadav has accomplished ISL levels A, B, and C.
Dr. Yadav scholarly contributions are evident through the publication of over 19 research papers in reputable journals, along with the presentation of more than 25 research papers at national and international conferences and seminars.
Acknowledging his outstanding contributions to the field, Dr. Yadav received the Best Teacher Educator Award in 2016 from 'The Open Page Gujarat.' Furthermore, he has been recognized with the 'Award for Teachers with Highest Potential' through the International Academic Achiever Award in 2022.
