Biography

Dr. Babita Kumari. PhD. is a Scientist in the area of biotechnology and allied sciences. After completing her MSc. Degree in Ecology and Environmental Sciences from Indian Institute of Ecology and Environment, New Delhi, She was joined Banasthali University for perusing her PhD. in Biotechnology. Prior to this she had successfully completed M. Phil in Botany from University of Delhi. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in Sericulture, Biotechnology, Marine Biology, Plant pathology, Plant Physiology and Molecular Biology. She has been also associated with many organizations like Swarnim Bharat, Indian Helpline and Welfare Services, SEHAT, Rajiv Gandhi Science and Technology Association, Media Council of India etc. She is the founder of Sardar Ballabhbhai Patel Science and Technology Organization. She was also awardees of Women Scientist Fellow in 2010. She was also a former research guide in Indira Gandhi Technological and Medical Sciences University, Zero, Arunachal Pradesh in 2019. She worked as Professor in Department of Biotechnology, Sophitoriun Institute of Technology and Life Skills, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha in 2020 She worked as Professor in Department of Environmentl science in Best Innovation University in 2022, She also worked s Professor in Madhav Uiversity in 2023. Currently,She is working s Guest Professor in Moti ll Nehtu ollege, University Of Delhi.
