Biography

Dr. Suryakumar N. Khanai is currently serving as Professor & Director in the Department of MBA, Suresh Angadi Education Foundation’s Angadi Institute of Technology and Management Belagavi. He has a blend of close to 25 years of industrial and academic experience. He has worked with several organizations of repute such as, Parle Products Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, Hatsun Agro Products Ltd. Chennai, Kinetic Group Pune etc. After spending a considerable amount of time in the industry, he decided to move in teaching, research and consultancy.
Dr. Khanai's academic expertise include in Marketing, Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management and Total Quality Management. He has been teaching various subjects such as Marketing Management, Sales and Distribution, Consumer Behaviour, Retail Management, Services Marketing HRM, SCM and TQM. His research area spreads across Marketing, HRM and TQM Subjects such as Consumer Behaviour, Online Retailing, Sales and Distribution Management, Training & Development, Competency Mapping Performance Appraisal System and ISO 9001 Certification.
He has 12 international publications to his credit. He has been presenting his papers in various international conferences. He has received the ‘Best Paper Award’ in the 4th International Conference on Recent Trends in Engineering Science and Management (ICRTESM – 2016) organized at International Centre, Goa.
