My Biography

Dr. Manoj Kumar received the Bachelor degree (B. More Sc. in Electronics) in 2004 from Maharishi Dayanad University, Rohtak, Haryana, India. Mr. Kumar has earned master’s degree (M.TECH. in Computer Science & Technology) in 2010 from Maharishi Dayanad University, Rohtak, Haryana, India. Mr. Manoj Kumar has been pursing the doctoral degree (Ph.D. in Computer Science & Technology) degree since 2019 from Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, Haryana, India. His primary research interests are in image processing & computer vision using machine learning and artificial intelligence. Mr. Manoj has published many research papers related to moving object detection and tracking in videos and also extracts features moving object/vehicles from video in real-time video surveillance system. His research area is highly demanding in the society for surveillance, security, transportation, medical and health care domain. He is working on colored, gray and thermal/infrared videos. He is author of more than 8 research publications with journals of repute and some papers are under review or in press for publication with leading publisher. Mr. Kumar has published 1 patents. He has more than 13 years of working experience in industry as well as academia. Currently, Mr. Manoj is working an Associate Professor in Dept. of CSE, Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Justice is a service open to the public. It is thus arranged, like any structure that renders public Read More service, in a manner that whoever seeks for it receives appropriate attention. The setting up and organization of judicial institutions is premised on the fore said. The classification of the judicial system in Cameroon is shrouded with a bleak and opaque view that one tends to ponder on the clear cut strata for the administration of justice in Cameroon. Litigants sometimes find difficulties in identifying which court is competent to handle their matters in the face of complaints. More so, the fact that certain courts preclude the ordinary man from bringing an action makes the whole scenario more cumbersome for a common man to comprehend. Judicial and administrative authorities need to be guided on the nature of cases entertained as well as be acquainted with the competent courts to seize for such matters. The paper I am working on tackles these issues.
