Advocate Ekta Agarwal, B.Sc., LL.B., MBA, LL.M, is More a highly qualified legal professional with expertise in various areas of law such as Contract, Arbitration, Constitutional Law and International Law. She has been practicing since 2010 and has successfully argued cases related to her areas of expertise. She has extensive experience in litigation. She is known for her strong defence in criminal offence cases and has a winning trial record. Ekta Agarwal is enrolled in the Bar Council of Delhi. She practises law before the Supreme Court of India and other Courts of Law. She approaches each case with a professional and analytical mindset, providing sound opinions and utilizing her skills to the fullest. In addition to her legal practice, She is actively involved in various legal organizations and initiatives. She is an empanelled advocate for various governments and private Organizations. She also works as a guest lecturer of Criminal law. Furthermore, Ekta Agarwal is the founder of SRG law firm, New Delhi and also provided legal aid for people from low economic backgrounds. Hello everyone, I am presently working as Professor at School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Atmiya Read More University, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. My major research areas are pharmacognosy, phytochemistry, pharmacology, development of herbal drug formulation. Three Ph D students registered under me who are presently working in different domains such as antidiabetic, immunomodulator and anticancer herbal drugs. I have guided 7 projects of UG students under SSIP (Student start up and Innovation Policy) scheme of Gujarat Government. I have selected as Mentor in Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) at AICTE, New Delhi to guide two interns for their project works. I am very interested to guide students in various research areas such as evidence based studies on traditionally used drugs and formulation as well as development of herbal drug formulations.
