My Biography

I, ALTAF HUSSAIN, I’m an experienced IT and More research expert post-graduate degree holder possess wide range of knowledge and skills in research, teaching and IT. First and foremost, I’m a cheerful and passionate person. I’m a hard-working, loyal and enthusiastic person who understands how important the desired goal is to my overall happiness. I’ve many positive qualities and attributes to bring to my field of interest/study but I believe my main key strengths are: I’m a hard-working nature and always looking for the positive in every situation. I take my work seriously and I’m always looking to improve my skills and qualifications so I can work to the highest standards possible in my role. I have more than 5 years of experience in research. I’m serving as a reviewer for several reputable international SCI journals and reviewed many research articles. I’ve published more than 14 research articles in high quality journals. I’ve acquired experience as Section Guest Editor for some Journals. My strong pragmatic confrontation to analyze of finding solutions to challenging research problems makes me compete in many highly reputable international journals. I’ve received many honors/awards both at national and international level. I believe in the famous saying, “There is always something new to learn, even for a master. I’m quick learner and eager to acquire new skills and to bring the innovation by high quality scientific research.

Justice is a service open to the public. It is thus arranged, like any structure that renders public Read More service, in a manner that whoever seeks for it receives appropriate attention. The setting up and organization of judicial institutions is premised on the fore said. The classification of the judicial system in Cameroon is shrouded with a bleak and opaque view that one tends to ponder on the clear cut strata for the administration of justice in Cameroon. Litigants sometimes find difficulties in identifying which court is competent to handle their matters in the face of complaints. More so, the fact that certain courts preclude the ordinary man from bringing an action makes the whole scenario more cumbersome for a common man to comprehend. Judicial and administrative authorities need to be guided on the nature of cases entertained as well as be acquainted with the competent courts to seize for such matters. The paper I am working on tackles these issues.
