My Biography

Bio Sketch of Dr Bhawani Singh Dr Bhawani Singh is More an officer of Public Health Specialist Cadre of Central Health Services and currently serving as Deputy Director, at Nartional AIDS Control Organisation, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. He has completed his MBBS in 2005 and MD (Community Medicine) in 2008 from Sri MP Shah Medical College, Jamnagar, Gujarat. He has vast and varied experience, having worked in WHO for more than a decade for the National Polio Eradication Programme. He has been instrumental in successfully scaling up of the Universal Immunisation Programme and roll out Measles-Rubella Vaccine, IPV in India. He has helped in building Surveillance Systems for Vaccine Preventable Diseases. At Health Ministry he has been a Key revitalize the Prevention, Testing and Treatment aspects of HIV Control through strengthen the Community Systems, Community Led Monitoring, designing Interventions in Prisons and Other Closed settings, At Risk population for HIV/AIDS engaging on Virtual Platforms, Integrated Health Screening campaign in North-East India to reach out to Hard-to-reach population. The HIV-TB, HIV – NCD and other co-comorbidities management has scaled up under his supervision. The efforts to mainstream the HIV interventions and work on decreasing Stigma and Discrmination has been the praiseworthy.

Dr. Shalini Aggarwal, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad is an Read More Associate Professor of Finance at Chandigarh University, Mohali. She has a total work experience of 18 years of industry and teaching. She is MBA with specialisation in Finance and PhD in the area of Risk Management Practices in banking sector of India. She has more than 40 research papers published in Scopus and Web of Science and listed in ABDC. Her case studies are published in IIM Ahmedabad case centre. She has also authored 2 edited books published by Taylor and Francis. She has completed three funded research projects (two with IIM, Ahmedabad) and one by IMS Ghaziabad. She has conducted more than 25 workshops on data analysis using time series data in SPSS, E-views and R-Studio and has delivered guest lectures at national and international level like South Africa, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Thailand, Indonesia and Brazil. Further, she has chaired session at national and International conferences in the countries Thailand, Indonesia. She has 8 copyrights and 1 patent in her name and acts as reviewer for emerald, inderscience and sage publications. Three students have completed their Ph.D with her. She has floated one special issue with the Journal of Sustainable finance and investment of Taylor and francis entitled “International Finance and Sustainability”. She has become the associate editor of the journal “Journal of Sustainable finance and investment” and “Asia pacific financial market”.
