My Biography

Zohaib Hassan Sain is a student and a Certified More Trainer of TQM, SDGs and Health & Safety. Interests also include Quality Management, Sustainability and Research. Recently completed post-graduation in Quality Management from Superior University and post-graduate diploma in Total Quality Management from Punjab University. Professional experience is regarding ISO Audits, Compliance Audits and Health & Safety Audits and worked in different organizations. Presented research papers in different International Conferences of Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Russia, Turkey etc. Current activities are attending Trainings, Workshops and Conferences to enhance knowledge and polish skills which will be helpful in future career. Member of different International Organizations of Leadership, TQM, Health & Safety.

Dr. Sushma I Havanur received a Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Read More Karnataka, Surathkal in the area of Drug delivery systems. She pursued an M. Tech in Nanoscience and Technology from Kuvempu University, Shankarghatta, Shivamogga and a B.E in Biotechnology from Bapuji College of Engineering and Technology, Davangere. She has 1.5 years of teaching and 8 years of research experience. She worked for 2 years (from June 2020 – May 2022) as an Executive in the Risk Assessment and technology transfer Team of Quality Assurance at Bharath Biotech International Ltd, Hyderabad. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Nanotechnology in the Department of Food Safety and Quality at DSLD College of Horticultural Engineering & Food Technology, Devihosur, Haveri.

He received his Ph.D. degree from the School of Agricultural, Computational and Environmental Sciences, Faculty of Health, Engineering, and Sciences, University of Southern Queensland, Australia in 2020.
