My Biography

Pankaj Kumar Sharma was born in India, in 1989. He More received the Bachelor of Technology degree (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Nilamber Pitamber University Jharkhand, India, in 2013, the Master of Technology degree (M.Tech) in VLSI Design Automation & Techniques from Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, National Institutes of Technology Hamirpur, India, in 2016, and the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, India, in 2023. He is currently associated with Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, National Institute of Technology Srinagar, India, as Faculty. His research interests include Microelectronics and VLSI Design, Current Mode Circuit, Mem-elements (Memristor, Memcapacitor, Meminductor) Emulator Design, memristive systems, and MEMS design. He has published over 10 articles in esteemed journals and conferences in these areas.
