Mrs.Jeslin.D is Associate Professor, Department of More Pharmaceutics, Faculty of Pharmacy, Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital Campus, Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. she obtained her UG in KMCH College of Pharmacy under The Tamilnadu Dr. M.G.R. University, Guidy, Chennai and PG in Anna University, Tiruchirapalli, Tamilnadu, pursuing PhD in Faculty of Pharmacy, Sree Balaji Medical College and Hospital Campus, Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research, Having 13 years of experience in various fields in Academics and Scientific Research and Development. During this time, she published 6 text books. She has guided many B.Pharm students at research level. She published Research papers both at national and international. She has 3 U.K. patent grant, 3 Indian Design Patent grants, 5 Indian published patents. She is member of many scientific associations, and expertise of research in Novel Drug Delivery. He received Awards and Honours and participated 25+ Conferences and 5 FDPs and completed 5+ additional/skill courses through online platforms. Received Best Faculty Award for 2021 – 2022, and Best Academic Award 2023. As a result of these academic achievements and experience, it is expected that will fill the need of pharma profession.

Dr. Shalini Aggarwal, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad is an Read More Associate Professor of Finance at Chandigarh University, Mohali. She has a total work experience of 18 years of industry and teaching. She is MBA with specialisation in Finance and PhD in the area of Risk Management Practices in banking sector of India. She has more than 40 research papers published in Scopus and Web of Science and listed in ABDC. Her case studies are published in IIM Ahmedabad case centre. She has also authored 2 edited books published by Taylor and Francis. She has completed three funded research projects (two with IIM, Ahmedabad) and one by IMS Ghaziabad. She has conducted more than 25 workshops on data analysis using time series data in SPSS, E-views and R-Studio and has delivered guest lectures at national and international level like South Africa, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Thailand, Indonesia and Brazil. Further, she has chaired session at national and International conferences in the countries Thailand, Indonesia. She has 8 copyrights and 1 patent in her name and acts as reviewer for emerald, inderscience and sage publications. Three students have completed their Ph.D with her. She has floated one special issue with the Journal of Sustainable finance and investment of Taylor and francis entitled “International Finance and Sustainability”. She has become the associate editor of the journal “Journal of Sustainable finance and investment” and “Asia pacific financial market”.
