My Biography

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow Research Associate with More 8 years of experience in Cell Biology, Cancer Biology and Hematological Oncology, as well as 13 years in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, specializing on investigate DNA damage and repair for drugs/therapeutic discovery. My current area of expertise is to explore and develop novel precision medicine-guided therapies to treat leukemias and other types of hematopoietic malignancies by exploiting DNA repair inhibitors inducing synthetic lethality. I am strongly focusing on cancer mechanistic research in both in vitro and in vivo, to highlight the features of Translational Biology in my studies. Based on my entire research endeavors, I have a solid background knowledge and experimental skills in Cell Biology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, DNA damage/repair pathways, and the interplay of DNA methylation alteration with DNA repair capacity.
