Dr Borhane E.C. Ziani, a Ph.D. in Food Science and More Human Nutrition, specialized on foodomics and nutritional studies, he conducts in-depth analyses of specific health-promoting foods. His research centers on postprandial metabolite profiling, delving into the kinetics of bioactive metabolites and investigating the profound impact of gut microbiota. His overarching goal is to unravel the potential of bioactive metabolites in diseases management, aiming to comprehend their role in preventing cellular damage and mitigating chronic diseases. His expertise extends to the proficient use of advanced analytical tools such as LCMS QE+, LTQ, GCMS, and NMR , and various bioinformatic tools like Compound Discoverer.
