Active academician and author of various research papers, book chapters, research articles in science magazines and newspapers. Guided research projects and dissertations at UG & PG level. (I.T. College and M.Sc. DFSM, IGNOU),Worked as resource person for Food and Nutrition Extension Unit, Department of Women and Child Development, Government of India, Lucknow.
