My Biography

Dr. Anjaneyulu Bendi has been working as an More Associate Professor (Research) at Innovation & Translational Research Hub (iTRH) & Department of Chemistry, Presidency University, Bangalore. He completed his Ph.D. and MSc. with a specialization in organic chemistry. He worked as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at the Defence Research and Development Establishment (DRDE/DRDO), Gwalior, M.P., and cleared the CSIR-NET examination. His research is focused on the “Synthesis and Characterization of Biologically Active Heterocyclic Compounds through Catalysis, including Nanocatalysis, Computational Chemistry, and Wastewater Treatment.” He has published over 55 research articles in Scopus/Web of Science indexed journals, 1 book, 11 book chapters, and 3 patents, participated in and organized National & International conferences and workshops, and completed various certified courses of international repute. He has guided ten master’s degree students through their dissertations and has 16+ years of rich experience in Teaching, Research, and Administration. In addition to the above, he holds membership in several reputed professional bodies.
