Prof. Imran Ali, Ph.D., FRSC, C Chem, London (UK), More Highly Cited Researcher, Clarivate, USA and with 11 Global ranks in Analytical Chemistry (Chromatography), as per the Stanford University, USA (Global list of top 2% scientists); is a world-recognized academician and researcher. Prof. Ali is known globally due to his great contribution to teaching and science and technology. He has published more than 550 papers in reputed journals including papers in Nature and Chemical Reviews of more than 72 impact factors. He has also written six books published by International Publishers. His total citation is 37,519 with an h-index of 107 and i10-index of 329. He is a member of various scientific societies globally. He has been awarded many prizes nationally and internationally. He has been co-chair of a conference on the application of graphene, chaired many conference sessions, and delivered several keynote lectures. He has many research groups internationally and is a widely travelled person enjoying various visiting Professor/Consultant positions in many Universities around the world. He is Editor-in-Chief of 02 Journals, Editor of 03 Journals, Associate Editor of 06 Journals, and on the Editorial board of 40 Journals. Justice is a service open to the public. It is thus arranged, like any structure that renders public Read More service, in a manner that whoever seeks for it receives appropriate attention. The setting up and organization of judicial institutions is premised on the fore said. The classification of the judicial system in Cameroon is shrouded with a bleak and opaque view that one tends to ponder on the clear cut strata for the administration of justice in Cameroon. Litigants sometimes find difficulties in identifying which court is competent to handle their matters in the face of complaints. More so, the fact that certain courts preclude the ordinary man from bringing an action makes the whole scenario more cumbersome for a common man to comprehend. Judicial and administrative authorities need to be guided on the nature of cases entertained as well as be acquainted with the competent courts to seize for such matters. The paper I am working on tackles these issues.
