My Biography

Dr. Vinay Kumar Pathak is a passionate, innovative More academician with an exceptional blend of creativity, empathy and clinical experience. He received his Ph.D in 2020 from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (U.P) under the supervision of Prof. (Dr.) Anup Maiti, Principal, Rajarshi Rananjay Sinh College of Pharmacy (RRSCOP) Amethi, (U.P). Dr. Pathak has completed his B. Pharm from RRSCOP, Amethi, (U.P) in 2008 and M. Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from Indira Gandhi Institute of Pharmaceutical Science, Bhubaneswar, (Odisha) in 2010. At diverse pharmacy institutions, he has worked in academia, research, and administration for more than 13 years. Presently, Dr. Pathak holds the position of Associate Professor at RRSCOP, Amethi, (U.P). Dr. Pathak has also worked at ACPR, Lucknow, U.P and ADPL , Baddi (H.P). He has his credit of many research/review papers in National & International journals , has many abstract in various Seminar & Conferences. Dr. Pathak has expertise in Phytochemistry . He is life member of APTI, IPGA and several other societies related to pharmacy profession.

Justice is a service open to the public. It is thus arranged, like any structure that renders public Read More service, in a manner that whoever seeks for it receives appropriate attention. The setting up and organization of judicial institutions is premised on the fore said. The classification of the judicial system in Cameroon is shrouded with a bleak and opaque view that one tends to ponder on the clear cut strata for the administration of justice in Cameroon. Litigants sometimes find difficulties in identifying which court is competent to handle their matters in the face of complaints. More so, the fact that certain courts preclude the ordinary man from bringing an action makes the whole scenario more cumbersome for a common man to comprehend. Judicial and administrative authorities need to be guided on the nature of cases entertained as well as be acquainted with the competent courts to seize for such matters. The paper I am working on tackles these issues.
