My Biography

Dr. Nailesh Rameshbhai Limbasiya is an Assistant More Professor in the Faculty of Commerce at the Department of Commerce and Business Management. He holds a PhD from Saurashtra University, Gujarat, and has an extensive educational background, including postgraduate and graduate degrees from renowned universities in Gujarat.
Dr. Limbasiya has a strong teaching background, with experience as an Assistant Professor at M S University and an Associate Professor at RK University. His teaching career started in 2007 and continues to this day. He is known for his expertise in commerce and business management.
In addition to teaching, Dr. Limbasiya is actively involved in research. He has completed several research projects and has published numerous articles in prestigious international journals, covering topics such as corporate governance, audience behavior, and organizational politics. He has also authored a reference book titled “Board Effectiveness: A Study of Indian Corporates.”
Furthermore, Dr. Limbasiya has guided PhD students in their research endeavors, contributing to the academic growth of future scholars. His dedication to education and research is evident in his participation in various refresher and orientation courses, enhancing his teaching and research skills.

Hello everyone,
I am presently working as Professor at School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Atmiya Read More University, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. My major research areas are pharmacognosy, phytochemistry, pharmacology, development of herbal drug formulation. Three Ph D students registered under me who are presently working in different domains such as antidiabetic, immunomodulator and anticancer herbal drugs. I have guided 7 projects of UG students under SSIP (Student start up and Innovation Policy) scheme of Gujarat Government. I have selected as Mentor in Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) at AICTE, New Delhi to guide two interns for their project works. I am very interested to guide students in various research areas such as evidence based studies on traditionally used drugs and formulation as well as development of herbal drug formulations.
