My Biography

Dr. Sanjoy Kumar Bordolui is the Assistant More Professor (Senior Scale), Department of Seed Science and Technology, BCKV, West Bengal. He received his B.Sc. (Ag.) Hons. and M.Sc. (Ag.) in Seed Science and Technology degrees in 2001 and 2003 respectively, from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya. He qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) in Seed Technology in 2004. He got University Research Scholarship and was awarded a doctorate from the same University in 2010. In every sphere of his life, he got 1st class. He received CWSS Young Scientist Award-2016, conferred by Crop and Weed Science Society; received Best Young Faculty Award 2019; conferred by Novel Research Academy; Innovative Research & Dedicated Teaching Professional Award (2020-2021) conferred by Society of Innovative Educationalist & Scientific Research Professional, Chennai. He got Fellow Award (FCWSS) from the Crop and Weed Science Society; Fellow Award (FSTA) from the Society of Tropical Agriculture; Fellow Award (FSIESRP) from the Society of Innovative Educationalist & Scientific Research Professional, Chennai. In his service career, he has been actively engaged in the teaching, research and training programmes in seeds. He guided Ph.D.- 2 (Awarded), 1 (Submitted), 2 (Continuing), M.Sc.(Ag.)- 10 (Awarded), 3 (Continuing). He has to his credit 49 full papers in National and International scientific journals, seven books, nine book chapters, four manuals and seven Bengali articles.
