Dr. Rahul Adhikary is a distinguished agriculture More expert with a specialization in soil science, whose journey through the fertile fields of academia has been nothing short of remarkable. With nearly a decade of teaching and research experience, Dr. Adhikary has cultivated a reputation as a leading authority in his field.
Dr. Adhikary furthered his education by earning a Ph.D. in Soil Science from Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, solidifying his status as a leading expert in the field. His doctoral research on sustainable soil salinity management practices drew widespread attention and marked the beginning of his illustrious career.
For over 9.5 years, Dr. Adhikary has been an invaluable asset to the academic community. His teaching prowess has enlightened countless students, nurturing the next generation of soil scientists. His dedication to mentorship has created a fertile ground for young minds to blossom.

Hello everyone,
I am presently working as Professor at School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Atmiya Read More University, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. My major research areas are pharmacognosy, phytochemistry, pharmacology, development of herbal drug formulation. Three Ph D students registered under me who are presently working in different domains such as antidiabetic, immunomodulator and anticancer herbal drugs. I have guided 7 projects of UG students under SSIP (Student start up and Innovation Policy) scheme of Gujarat Government. I have selected as Mentor in Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) at AICTE, New Delhi to guide two interns for their project works. I am very interested to guide students in various research areas such as evidence based studies on traditionally used drugs and formulation as well as development of herbal drug formulations.
