My Biography

PhD in Sport Sciences & TFA for Special More Education, Simone Ciaccioni was Erasmus grantee at Uni. Rennes 2 (FR), De Brakken School (NL), Uni. College of Dublin (IE), visiting student at Uni. of Southern Queensland (AU) and PE teacher at “Agostino Gemelli” & “Umberto I” hospitals (IT). He does research in Exercise and Health. His most recent publication: ‘Educational Needs for Coaching Judo in Older Adults: The EdJCO Focus Groups’.

Goal: To achieve its objective, JOY aims to: – summarize the scientific evidence and the eminence-based knowledge on the methodological approach to intergenerational judo; – develop, implement and maintain an online judo platform with educational content targeted to help coaches planning and administering sound intergenerational judo programmes; – enhance the participation in intergenerational judo activities of youth and older individuals.

Hello everyone,
I am presently working as Professor at School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Atmiya Read More University, Rajkot, Gujarat, India. My major research areas are pharmacognosy, phytochemistry, pharmacology, development of herbal drug formulation. Three Ph D students registered under me who are presently working in different domains such as antidiabetic, immunomodulator and anticancer herbal drugs. I have guided 7 projects of UG students under SSIP (Student start up and Innovation Policy) scheme of Gujarat Government. I have selected as Mentor in Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) at AICTE, New Delhi to guide two interns for their project works. I am very interested to guide students in various research areas such as evidence based studies on traditionally used drugs and formulation as well as development of herbal drug formulations.
