My Biography

PEFELA Gildas NYUGHA is a highly qualified More professional with a wealth of expertise in the field of legal studies, and a trained Magistrate from the National School of Administration and Magistracy, (NSAM/ENAM) – Cameroon. He is a holder of a PhD/ Doctorate Degree in Law and holds a Master’s Degree in International Trade and Investment Law in Africa. He is a seasoned researcher and Author of many scientific publications. He is also a Public speaker, Youth leader and social activist, a Human Rights expert especially in the protection of the rights of the vulnerable. He is also a guru in corporate law & corporate governance. He is a Lecturer at Institut Superieur JIMIT / JIMIT Higher Institute – Yaounde, Institut Superieur des Science de L’entreprise (ISSE) Yaounde, SIANTOU University, and more.
PEFELA is founder and Executive Director of the Center for Scientific Research, Human Rights & Development – CENSREHURD, a Non Partisan non-profit making Organization having as objectives to Promote Scientific Research, promote Peace and Human Rights development.
He is the Founding President of Legal Gurus Association (LE.G.A) – Cameroon’s leading and most prestigious club of young jurists and law professionals
Dr. PEFELA is also Founder of Royal Educational Solidarity Scholarship fund- RESSFUND, Co- Founder of BUMA Foundation, Delegate and Coordinator at the Cameroon National Youth Council, etc.

Shalini AGGARWAL

Dr. Shalini Aggarwal, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad is an Read More Associate Professor of Finance at Chandigarh University, Mohali. She has a total work experience of 18 years of industry and teaching. She is MBA with specialisation in Finance and PhD in the area of Risk Management Practices in banking sector of India. She has more than 40 research papers published in Scopus and Web of Science and listed in ABDC. Her case studies are published in IIM Ahmedabad case centre. She has also authored 2 edited books published by Taylor and Francis. She has completed three funded research projects (two with IIM, Ahmedabad) and one by IMS Ghaziabad. She has conducted more than 25 workshops on data analysis using time series data in SPSS, E-views and R-Studio and has delivered guest lectures at national and international level like South Africa, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Thailand, Indonesia and Brazil. Further, she has chaired session at national and International conferences in the countries Thailand, Indonesia. She has 8 copyrights and 1 patent in her name and acts as reviewer for emerald, inderscience and sage publications.
Three students have completed their Ph.D with her. She has floated one special issue with the Journal of Sustainable finance and investment of Taylor and francis entitled “International Finance and Sustainability”. She has become the associate editor of the journal “Journal of Sustainable finance and investment” and “Asia pacific financial market”.
