My Biography

Dr. Jay Prakash Sah is a highly accomplished More researcher and educator in the field of biomedical science, with expertise in stem cell biology, clinical biochemistry, molecular biology. He holds a Ph.D. in Integrated Biomedical Science from Soonchynhyang University in South Korea. He obtained M.Sc. degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (Clinical Biochemistry) from H. N. B. Garhwal University, India. Currently, Dr. Sah is serving as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the division of cardiology, School of Medicine, University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), USA.
Throughout his career, Dr. Sah has made valuable contributions to the academic community through his publications in indexed journals.
In addition to his research endeavors, Dr. Sah has extensive teaching experience. He has held various positions as an Assistant Professor, where he has taught medical biochemistry to undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has served as an assistant professor at esteemed institutions such as Pokhara University in Nepal, GEMS Institute of Higher Education, and Nobel College of Health Sciences, among others. Dr. Sah’s dedication to education extends beyond the classroom, as he has also served as a coordinator for M.Sc. (Medical biochemistry/Medical Microbiology) programs.
He has been involved in teaching and mentoring students, contributing to the advancement of healthcare education in Nepal.
