My Biography

R. Naveena Bhargavi received her B.Tech (EEE) More degree in 2001 from KLCE, Vijayawada affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University, M.Tech (EPE) from JNTU, Hyderabad in 2009 and recently submitted her Ph.D. thesis from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She has got a total of 21 years of teaching experience and is currently working as Associate Professor in CVR College of Engineering, Hyderabad. She has got a total of 18 publications out of which 8 International conference publications, (5 IEEE and 3 non-IEEE), 3 International journal publications (1-SCI ,2-SCOPUS), 4 National journal publications and 3 National conferences to her credit. Her areas of interest include FACTS controllers, Power & Energy systems, Power quality & High Voltage Engineering. She is a member of IEEE Industrial Electronics society and IEEE Power & Energy Society. She is IEEE Student Branch Counselor at CVR College of Engineering. She is an editorial board member of American Journal of Electrical Power and Energy Systems (EPES). She has served as reviewer for Journal of Electrical Engineering (Springer Nature) & Journal of IET Renewable Power Generation (Scopus) and also served as reviewer for IEEE INIDISCON 2023, NMITCON 2023, WEEF IFEES GEDC 2021 Conference, IEEE TALE 2020, IEEE TALE 2018 Conferences.

Justice is a service open to the public. It is thus arranged, like any structure that renders public Read More service, in a manner that whoever seeks for it receives appropriate attention. The setting up and organization of judicial institutions is premised on the fore said. The classification of the judicial system in Cameroon is shrouded with a bleak and opaque view that one tends to ponder on the clear cut strata for the administration of justice in Cameroon. Litigants sometimes find difficulties in identifying which court is competent to handle their matters in the face of complaints. More so, the fact that certain courts preclude the ordinary man from bringing an action makes the whole scenario more cumbersome for a common man to comprehend. Judicial and administrative authorities need to be guided on the nature of cases entertained as well as be acquainted with the competent courts to seize for such matters. The paper I am working on tackles these issues.
