My Biography

Nkhensani Florence Mabunda is a lecturer. She More obtained a Master degree in Advanced Psychiatric Nursing Science from University of Pretoria in 2021, Doctor of Philosophy in Health Science from University of Venda in 2018, Bachelor of Nursing (Education and Administration) from North-West University in 2018, Magister Curationis from University of Venda in 2014 and Buccalaurious Curationis from University of Venda in 2010. Currently she is facilitating teaching and learning at Sefako Makgatho Health Science University. She worked for two years and half in Gauteng College of Nursing as a lecturer. She worked for 10 years in a Mental Health institution as a professional nurse providing mental health services. Her current and previous research interests focus on mental health care and published three articles. Memberships of professional societies include South African Nursing Council, Democratic Nursing Organisation of South Africa. She received a “Best Community Service Nurse” award in 2010 form Limpopo Department of Health and Best poster presentation from UBUNTU conference 2023.

Dr. Shalini Aggarwal, an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad is an Read More Associate Professor of Finance at Chandigarh University, Mohali. She has a total work experience of 18 years of industry and teaching. She is MBA with specialisation in Finance and PhD in the area of Risk Management Practices in banking sector of India. She has more than 40 research papers published in Scopus and Web of Science and listed in ABDC. Her case studies are published in IIM Ahmedabad case centre. She has also authored 2 edited books published by Taylor and Francis. She has completed three funded research projects (two with IIM, Ahmedabad) and one by IMS Ghaziabad. She has conducted more than 25 workshops on data analysis using time series data in SPSS, E-views and R-Studio and has delivered guest lectures at national and international level like South Africa, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Thailand, Indonesia and Brazil. Further, she has chaired session at national and International conferences in the countries Thailand, Indonesia. She has 8 copyrights and 1 patent in her name and acts as reviewer for emerald, inderscience and sage publications.
Three students have completed their Ph.D with her. She has floated one special issue with the Journal of Sustainable finance and investment of Taylor and francis entitled “International Finance and Sustainability”. She has become the associate editor of the journal “Journal of Sustainable finance and investment” and “Asia pacific financial market”.
