My Biography

Dr. Ravichand Mandalapu,
Professor and Head, Dept. More of English, V. R. Siddhartha
Engineering College, Vijayawada, has 26 years of
teaching experience. He worked in different cadres
for 18+ years in Mohan Bau University, Tirupathi,
erstwhile Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College,
Tirupathi. He was the Faculty In charge of International
(PIO) and National Students. He was Research
Coordinator, Doctoral Committee, Language and Social Sciences, Mohan Babu
University. He produced 4 Ph. Ds from JNTU-A and is guiding 5 Ph.D. scholars
from Mohan Babu University. He filed and published 14 Patents. He published 9
books, 7 Lab modules, 3 Book Chapters and edited 1 book. He has published 61
papers in Sci, Scopus, Web of Science and UGC Care Journals. He presented 36
Research papers in National and International Seminars and Conferences. He
was the recipient of Best Professor of the year award – 2019 by Education Icon
Awards and received Best Academician of the year Award – 2023 from Institute
for Social Reforms and Higher Education Charitable Trust, UP.
He was BOS Chairman, Training Head, Placement
Officer, HOD, BS&H for more than a decade. He acted in one Tele-serial ‘Happy
Days’, four Tollywood movies namely ‘Karentu Theega’, ‘Dynamite’, ‘Singam 123’
and ‘Gayathri’. He was news reader for 2 years and has given voice over for the
movie ‘Dub Smash.’

I am a computer engineer and working in a public sector university as Professor/ Research director Read More in Pakistan. I obtained B.E. degree in Computer Systems Engineering, and M.E. in Communication System and Networks from Mehran University of Engineering & Technology, Pakistan in 2004, and 2014 respectively. In 2020, I secured Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Hohai University China.
My expertise includes computer architecture, wireless communication, robotics and control, signal processing, grid and distributed computing, computer hardware and networks, Deep learning, artificial intelligence, machine learning, neuro-fuzzy systems, Solid state devices, Data mining, and web applications.
Currently, I am an Associate Editor of more than 5 International SCI research journals including IEEE, MDPI, Hindawi, Springer, and Elsevier. In addition, acting as peer reviewer of more than 50 international journals and conference proceedings.
I’d like to offer my services as a volunteer Editor and Peer reviewer.
