My Biography

Patanjali Mishra is an M.A. in English Literature More from the University of Allahabad, B.Ed., M.Ed., Ph.D.in Education from Banaras Hindu University and M.A. in Psychology and Sociology. He has published more than 45 articles and research papers in various national and international Journals.His area of interest is Pedagogy of Language ,Research Methodology, Special Education, Philosophical foundations of Educatio.He is also associated with organizations such as NIOS, New Delhi, NCERT, New Delhi, Quality Council of India (NABET) New Delhi, and Commission for Scientific & Technical Terminology – CSTT (MHRD) for various projects. He has developed MOOCS for Central University Punjab, IGNOU and NIOS and developed S.L.M. for various Open universities such UP Rajarshi Tondon Open Universities, Uttarakhand Open University, IGNOU, New Delhi, NIOS, New Delhi and Pandit Sundar Lal Sharma Open University, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. He is awarded the degree of PhD on the topic “Practices of Total Quality Management in Higher Education: A Case study of Banaras Hindu University” from B.H.U., Varanasi. Prevously, he has worked with Vardhman Mahaveer Open University as Assistant Professor and at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh as Associate Professor.Presently , he is working as Associate Professor at Department of Education, University of Allahabad.

In our presents the studies related to the green synthesis of nano-HAP powders using wet-chemical Read More precipitation method with the use of different natural stabilizers at room temperature conditions. Nine natural stabilizers viz., Rice Water (RcW), Soya Milk (SM), Soya Leaves (SL), Spinach Leaves (SpL), Tea Decoction (TD), Tulsi Leaves (TL), Aloe vera (Alv), Gum Kondagogu (GKg) and Rose Petals (RP) have been used. Based on the results obtained in the present study on green chemistry synthesis of nano-HAP, after making several refinements to its synthesis (in terms of volume of Natural Stabilizer used, the type of Natural Stabilizer and temperature), the following recommendations are made for future studies.
In addition to its pH, Ca/P ratio, morphology and photoluminescence studies, its application is largely dependent on the chemical activity of the Natural Stabiliser used as a precursor. Essentially the changes made to the synthesis of nano-HAP using natural extracts as Natural Stabilisers need further studies on its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. After validating the results of its bioactivity and biocompatibility, an inference can be drawn about proposing it as a nano-HAP material for bone implant and dental filling materials. In the present study, in-vitro tests have been carried out using nano-HAP powders stabilised by Soya Milk, Rice Water, Soya Leaves and Spinach Leaves. In near future, the in-vivo study is recommended to look for the toxicity and possible side effects in living beings.
