My Biography

I am working as Assistant Professor, Department of More Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Extension Education, Post-Graduate Institute of Veterinary Education and Research (PGIVER), Jaipur since June, 2014. I have an experience of more than ten years in teaching, research and extension in the field of Veterinary and Animal Husbandry Extension Education and also in administration. I have guided two Ph.D. and six M.V.Sc. students as Major Advisor and currently four M.V.Sc. and one Ph.D. student is under my guidance. I have published 45 research papers in national and international journals, two books, one book chapter, 20 popular articles and seven seminar/conference papers. As an extension professional, I have published several extension teaching materials like posters, leaflets etc. I have organized several health camps, awareness programmes, swatchhta activities etc. in the villages for the farmers. I have also member of several professional societies and reviewer of various journals. I have participated and presented papers in 16 National Seminar/Conference/Symposium and attended 42 Training/Workshop/Online Course. I have been bestowed with several awards like Young Extension Scientist Award (twice), Best Publication Award, Best Paper Presentation Award (twice), Ganga Singh Chauhan Memorial Research Scholar Award, Appreciation Award on Independence Day (twice) etc. by various professional societies and organizations.
