Dr. Khushboo Rathore is an academic and educator More with over 13 years of teaching experience. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Kamla Nehru College, Korba, and is dedicated to enriching educational practices with ethics, innovation, and collaboration. Dr. Rathore has been instrumental in various academic and civic initiatives, including serving as a SVEEP Nodal Officer, training for the Tata Institute of Social Sciences’ NUSSD Programme, and conducting workshops on stress management and youth leadership. She has authored numerous research papers and book chapters, covering topics such as leadership, social motivation, welfare activities, youth development, and moral education.
